MY DELIVERY WAS NEVER COURIERED TO ME,I'M FLIPPING ****ED!!!!!

I have a package that is supposed to be delivered to me this morning between 08:00 - 10:00,which is my Rain Router which I need for my work and my children's school work which I paid for.I have lost my ID document before and I have had huge issues because when it was lost,I had to end up paying massively for things I have no idea how they came along because i lost my ID.Now I keep my ID back home in Limpopo because I don't want the same thing happening like when my ID was ******.The massive issue here is that courier driver came to my place and left with my router

I have been off work waiting for this router here and I am struggling to get it,even though I told the call centre and the courier driver that I have a copy of my ID on my email,showed him my temporary ID that I have from when I also made my card ID and I have a SAPS certified copy of my card ID from when I made it.I did all this as a precaution as i was the one personally affected by what i have just explained. All this is intensely distressing and vexing because I am unable to work,it is severely affecting my work productivity and my children cannot login to their school and i won't be paid for the work that i didn't do.The thing that is really rubbing off the wrong way is the fact that I paid for this router and I have done no work,I have been off work this morning because this morning I was waiting for this router package to come.The courier driver was also arrived late ,he came after the scheduled time and takes no accountability for that like he did nothing wrong,with an attitude of thinking that I need to wait for him whether he comes whatever time he does.

I NEED MY ROUTER NOW,IMMEDIATELY.I ALSO HAVE VERY IMPORTANT DEADLINES AND TARGETS TO MEET AND I CANNOT BE DEPRIVED OF WHAT I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR IN FULL.
