Most useless Courier Company ever
Absolutely disgusting service from this useless company, we ordered through Rain 3 weeks ago and we have still not received our parcel from them they give a time for delivery and they never rock up.

26 Jun 2023, 12:04And the lady by the name of Anastasia who works in the call center shouldn't be working in customer service, my wife calls and asks to speak to a supervisor and she puts the phone on the counter and you can clearly hear her laughing in the background having a fat chat with her colleagues.
