Most useless courier company.

What an absolute useless courier company. I have no idea why Rain uses this company. Requested a new Sim card from rain almost 2 weeks ago. Said I don't have to collect they will have it delivered the next day. CCD phoned me and said they can only deliver the next week Tuesday in the same conversation they said Wednesday???? Lol!!!!! It's a joke to begin with. The Wednesday it was suppose to be delivered they phoned me and said it's now Friday. Friday they phoned me to confirm delivery address which I did, and guess what no driver pitched for the delivery. On Monday they phoned me said I did not answer my phone on the Friday that is why the driver never came. Which is an absolute lie because I confirmed my delivery address with the gentleman on the phone. I told then I want my package the next day on Tuesday before 9am. They then said it can't be done before 9am it will be between 8am and 10am. Anyway.... I phoned them at 9:15 am just to confirm if the package is still coming where the lady at the call center said she cannot check I just sit and wait. Most rude and useless employees at your company. No customer service and no urgency. Will never in my life deal with this company again. Will rather collect or request a different courier company. Pathetic.
