Most pathetic delivery company in South Africa. Do not make use of their services!!!!

They were suppose to deliver a parcel from rain to us on Friday, 9 July 2021 between 8h00 and 12h00. The guy arrived late and my husband was then not available to sign for the parcel. Promised to come back immediately when my husband is back . Phoned him, all he said was OK. Thereafter he did not pitch and also did not answer his phone anymore. They then rescheduled for today between 8h00 and 12h00. Nothing. They then promised between 1 and 2. Again did not pitch. Again got a sms, cannot delivery today anymore due to breakdown. This is the most pathetic place I ever dealt with. Why is companies still making use of their services. My ***
