More rotten fish

<p> I ordered an fnb card over a week ago, subsequently i have received a couple of sms's from them..... the long and the short of it is that i still have not received the card. Despite a comitment of 2/3 working days.</p> <p>I was contacted immediatly on posting this review by a manager who was thorough and convincing in her determination to resolve the matter - which she did. I was most impressed by her intervention and thought it must surely must represent a turn around at the company. despite numerious other previous dissapointing episodes. ALAS NOT....:</p> <p>Below is a review i posted on the 4th of May regarding the same dismal service from this company.</p> <p>"Rotten fish</p> <p>The last four FNB card issue deliveries to me have been a dismal failure. Currently waiting 9 days for a card. Bizare how FNB continues to use them to deliver private wealth cards. The fish always rots from the head first".</p> <p> </p>
