"missed" the delivery. No communication

I had a scheduled delivery. I receive a missed call, tried to call back but no answer. half hour later they send a message and say that their outside, I go outside and wait 10 minutes. No one there.

I call the contact center and they want to reschedule the delivery because I missed it. Poor service!
