Millennial Driver - Bone Idle
Delivery of bank card - I sit in my home office and see a car (midget white Suzuki) park on the pavement assuming its a mother of a patient visiting psych business next door. Actually it was the CCD Courier millennial who was to bone idle to get out the car a delivery personal service. Instead she reports no one at home and leaves.

CCD Couriers - deal with the issue in public so that the public knows you can be trusted. What disciplinary action was taken against the driver with regards this report. Or did you do absolutely nothing?
