Lying pathetic courier service.

My delivery date was on Wednesday 25th of October 2023 but nothing was delivered. On Saturday they send me an email that the courier was unable reach me for delivery but no one called me or came to my address.

Why are they lying.Your service is very very poor. I don't know why companies use this pathetic courier service.
