lying driver and bad service

Booked my order for delivery for today. driver called me and said he will be here in the next 10 mins I waited over and hour for him to arrive. He then turns around and tells the call centre he called and i never answered their service sucks and i will not tolerate this type of incompetence. Drivers Name is Khanyile is number is ***. when i called him to confirm if he is still coming he said he already knocked off. he should be fired as he **** and their service sucks completely never again Rain can keep the order i am no longer ineterested i will soon be cancelling everything
