Lying couriers
13:32 I received an sms stating that the courier is “ a few minutes away.” I made my way to the gate and waited until 13:50 with no sign of the courier. I called in to request feedback and the agent advised that the courier claims to have been there and that I was not available for receipt of the delivery. The said courier further claims that he called me on my personal and work lines however none of them reflect a missed call of any sort. The two alternatives lie between re-ordering the card at a fee for my account, or an escalation of which the agent himself could not confirm a time-period on. This is distasteful and a serious cause for concern. Get it together.

30 Jan 2025, 17:12After speaking to multiple agents and a team leader/ supervisor, the only conclusion was “ We can escalate the matter”. They don’t provide answers for your specific questions but merely give you generic responses. The supervisor is probably the most frustrating as he too could not provide a timeous solution and lacked a sense of urgency and understanding of the processes for recourse available to the client. Another of their agents called me to assist with rearranging delivery for the following day. Perhaps she should be the supervisor? She was more hands on and seemed to take the matter much seriously. I await delivery of my card CCD and please get your ducks in a row. To anyone considering using this company, please be strongly discouraged and rather opt for collection at a branch or a delivery service that ensures dependable delivery, if not, prepare for incompetence.
