Lying CCD!!

Date set for delivery on 30th July 2015, between 9-11am, driver calls and tells me GPS battery dying and was lost then i gave him my address and he promised to deliver before day end. No delivery was done, i made a call to the follow up and was told will be called back and was not phoned back. On the 31st I phoned to follow up and was told delivery came to my address and did not find me, I knock off at work at 8pm. When did 'Casper the ghost driver' come to the store which i cannot leave till closure. Its a business card i am waiting for goodness sake. I so hope this driver gets the boot if not a warning. ***
