Lost in transit
Terrible customer services I have recorded all the calls i made to your company. I was expecting a delivery and now the driver is awol. I have contacted intellcell because your delivery service is terrible. No direct answers and your reps kept disconnecting the calls it not like you are compensating me for the time I spending on the phone. Please feel free to reach out to me for the recording of all calls.

05 May 2023, 12:11I'm not sure why the driver did nobuae his GPS because he does not seem sure of the delivery address driver tells me his on Felix dlamni road when the delivery address is on Moses kotane road. 2 different roads I have given 5 minutes because I doubt his close to the delivery address. I would like to know who is going to compensate me for the trouble and time lost
