Long delivery time
<p>Hi guys,</p> <p> </p> <p>Can you please explain how a card can take 5 days to be delivered when it is already in the couriers hands?</p> <p>When I asked how could Friday be the earliest delivery date I was told "The card is in Johannesburg and routes are closed."</p> <p> </p> <p>Surely if it's in Johannesburg it is the best place to be. Johannesburg to Cape Town should be a breeze as far as I'm concerned. It's not as if I'm sitting in some remote location.</p> <p> </p> <p>Other couriers are able to do this next day and in some cases SAME day.</p> <p> </p> <p>Do I really have to wait til Friday?</p>

Thanks for the great response.
Just note that I'm probably not the only one affected by this type of situation and it would go a long way for your other customers to also receive their parcels faster.
Especially from what I understand is that most of them affected are bank cards.
