This has to be the biggest joke of a courier company. To all the companies that use them, they are ruining your reputation.
I have been waiting for them to deliver a SIM card. The driver came on Monday but then started demanding all sorts of documents in addition to the usual ID and proof of residence (not my first RICA people....). When I told him he does not need it, he refused to complete the delivery. Now the call centre calls me on a daily basis to say that I missed the initial delivery - LIES!!!! and that they need to log a call to the Joburg branch for this matter. Today, they now tell me that since I "missed" the delivery their system cannot allow them to book a new delivery. HOW IS THAT MY PROBLEM!!!!!!!! I was told by Annique that she would speak to her supervisor and come back to me. Same story I have been hearing all week.

So can someone explain this line of lies to me??
