*****, *********** and unreliable courier company

I have a parcel that is supposed to be delivered from rain, CCD informed me that it would be delivered between 8-10am. They sent me an sms saying they were at my gate which was a lie, I then phoned an agent from their call center which said she would contact the driver and phone me back which was another lie since it is now 2:57pm it been about 5 hours since my parcel is supposed to be here. If i could give your company a lower rating i would but sadly 1 star is the minimum.

I do not believe you as yall have **** to me the whole day it is now the end of the day and i have still not recieved my parcel and im a 100 percent sure yall will not be able to attend to this matter with the remaining hours of this day, how do i know this? you do not even know what parcel is nor where it needs to be delivered you are probably a person sitting in a room just typing the same thing to everyone and thats why your reply is private. CAUGHT YOU IN ANOTHER LIE pathetic company. P.S get better at lying
