Let’s Try This Again – Card Delivery

Hi CCD Team, Writing on this platform rather than trying the call centre again. I was advised by the agent that my card will be delivered to the branch. I think the agent may be confused about what service your company actually provides. This confusion seems to extend to the delivery people too—who send missed calls and then claim they tried to deliver but couldn’t reach me. You need to get out the car, bro, and come to the door. That’s literally your job.

Sounds like some refresher lessons on what courier means are needed here.

Nevertheless, can you please make proper arrangements for the delivery—specifically the day and time? Let’s not repeat the circus.
