Lazy delivery drivers
I am extremely dissatisfied with CCD's delivery service. My bank card has been with them for two weeks, and I still haven't received it. The delivery person didn't even bother to ring my doorbell; they simply sat in their car and called my phone. As a result, I am now without my bank card. This level of service is unacceptable
