lazy and unprofessional management and staff

I don't understand why banks use this people to deliver our cards. CCD Couriers management, call center staff and drivers are lady and unprofessional. they cant keep time and their promises. I have been waiting for my card for two weeks now. the security check they claim to do is *******. they can just drop the card and leave. so unprofessional company. they deserve no star at all. bunch of lazy people.
