Late delivery

Not happy with their services and I had to speak with one of their consultants and the level of customer service can say it is 0, delivery was to be made on 22/01/2025 up until today 30/01/2025 have not received my delivery and what frustrates me is I keep receiving messages about delivery and yet nothing has been delivered and yet my account will be debited for something that has not been delivered to me, I don’t why Rain chose to work with this courier I have had orders from Rain before and they were using Ram and I do not remember having such service from them they have always delivered on time without any hassles like I’m experiencing now with this CCD Couriers and the rude consultant that I spoke to telling me about checking the availability for them to deliver whereas I have told her that o have been waiting for this delivery from the 22/01/2025 but she’s telling me about checking availability. I received an email saying delivery will be made on 03/02/2025 now you tell me what services is this from this company? Month end Rain will debit me for something I don’t have with me.
