late delivery

i have been waiting for a delivery for 4 weeks for my fnb card bad experience with ccd couriers, they are without fail always late for all these 4 weeks they commit to a delivery time and even send an sms the morning to confirm and they can never be on time.To top it off today their driver came to deliver after i called the call center informing them that i had not received my delivery and was going into a meeting and since they were late they should not deliver, the agent informed me that she would call the driver and tell him not to come as we had arranged for a different delivery time.despite this communication the late driver who had not called me to tell me he was running late ,came to my office and had the whole organisation looking for me and went to the extent of going to my manager.now this is so disrespectful in many levels , i was in a meeting and would not come out to sign for a personal delivery which was late.i am highly annoyed and upset at the behavior of ccd couriers, the disrespect in my workplace ,my suggestion is fnb find another courier , 4 weeks and still no card , constantly late .
