Late Again

Hi Guys, I have had a couple of Cards Delivered from various banks whom couriered the card with CCD.<br> <br> Not once has your service ever arrived on time. Today is the same, yet again late / rescheduling. One of the drivers came to the office this morning to drop off a card as security let them in. I am assuming this was not me as no contact was made. It also means that you are not efficient as you could have easily dropped off both cards at the same time. Someone is messing up.<br> <br> Expected delivery between 10AM and 12. It's now 14H30, yes the contact centre has made contact and re-arranged for \later in the day"but that doesn't help when we make arrangements to ensure we are available for you and he calls 15 before the deadline. I have a hard stop today"
