Late AGAIN!!!!!

Yet again FNB insist on using the most *********** courier company in SA namely CCD couriers, made an appointment last week for today to deliver between 8am and 10am. at 9.55am i get a call to say heis running 10min late. i had to cancel a 10.30 appointment which lost me R10000.00 and then again a 12.30 appointment which lost me R5000.00. card was delivered by a very attitudinal driver at 2.05 pm, which i found sitting in my drive way and did not have the decency to even stand up to greet me, i had to tell him to stand up. This is an ongoing problem every time a card is delivered, can FNB not see this. i had to report this same issue in may of this year as well. now i have another card been delivered on Thursday, lets see how late this one will be.<br> MOSTLY is ccd slowriers gonna compensate me for my income loss today???
