lack of service worst courier company I ever used

<p>on friday they arainge delivery for monday </p> <p>its wednesday and no phone call or any feedback when I phone the office they put you on hold for more than 10 min to tell me they will call me and guess what no call </p> <p>Portia rhila was the call centre lady refused to put me through to a manager and after 10 min of holding just telling me manager is busy and cant help with time of delivery (hows that for lack of service )</p>
