Lack of Service Excellence
I am shocked at the level of service provided by this company, On the ref RAIN24195, we have been waiting for three days now and counting with each day been informed the delivery will be done the following day. Now they cant locate the driver. This company needs to be closed. Not worth the stress. Rain, please stop using this courier!!!
