Lack of customer service

CCD sent me a message saying my package was collected and I should click on a link and schedule my delivery. First off I couldn't schedule anything as the system said I had no completed something, after numerous attempts, I gave up. My partner contacted them this morning and was told someone would contact me this never happened until she contacted them again. Now my order will only be delivered on Monday. Was has happened to customer service
