Lack of communication and holding bank cards as a hostage!

After a long battle with ABSA on an issue they messed up on, the Consultant at the Randburg branch called CCD Couriers to correct my cards and ask for them to be delivered to my home. This was over a month ago! Multiple attempts to contact them have been made with promises to get back to me and yet no one does. It seems like they are holding bank cards hostage??? WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE YOU OFFER AND DELIVER THE BANK CARDS OR AT LEAST CONTACT ME? I happy to supply the call logs with the numbers that are registered to you via true caller.
