Lack of clear communication

When the consultant called to confirm delivery time, she indicated that i need to show the driver proof of address. She did not indicate that i need to give it to him. All my statements are emailed. Had i known, i would have told her as such. At the time of her call, i was still in my 10 days isolation and would not been able to go out and print it.
