Keep up the Fantastic Service!

Immense thanks for your OUTSTANDING service. I have had tiff's with couriers that just rock up at the gate unannounced. In these days of "everyone is a *******" you can't grant access for every random delivery unless you are expecting them. CCD courier call with updates on their deliveries and send sms notifications as reminders. That way you know to expect them and when they'll show up and you can alert the family to expect a delivery. Please keep it up and don't get comfy and drop your standards.
