Karabo very rude and put the phone down in a customers ear - unacceptable

A credit card need to be delivered to me by this courier. Karabo phones me on 8 Feb 16:35 to explain that she need to deliver this.

I work with customers and i am not available the entire time. I have meetings during the day. This rude woman cannot under stand that and all calls are recorded. She puts the phone down in my ear. Is someone going to listen to this call? I am also going to indicate to Discovery that if they use these useless courier, i am going to close my account, which i will do today *********** people is not suppose to call customers. The service stinks
