Infringe my constitutional right to communication

So I was supposed to receive my Data SIM from my ISP.<br> RICA Docs Required:<br> <br> Copy of ID (Check)<br> Original ID (Check)<br> Proof of residence (Check)<br> <br> The delivery van driver refused to accept my proof of residence (which is a letter from a leasing agency on a Company letterhead with a company stamp, date, the residential address that i am leasing from them with my full names and ID number. The driver claimed that this is not a valid document to be used for proof of residence.<br> <br> I am a South African Citizen and i have provided the driver proof of a physical address where i can be found, and yet this is not good enough. But a person living in a shack that can not be traced to a physical door can now provide a letter from a shop in the area stating that he is living in a \informal settlement\" which is no where close enough to be identifying a physical door where to find this person. I feel now strong that CCD Couriers are infringing my constitutional right to communication as a South African Citizen with a physical address!<br> Why does a person that can provide an estimated area of residence have more rights than me that can provide a physical address with a house number, Democracy ?? FAILED !!!"
