Incorrect delivery of documents

I have received a written notification that a parcel from Barclays has arrived and needs to be delivered to me- reference number ***. This parcel was then incorrectly delivered to another person with a different ID number (delivered in Cape Town)<br> <br> I have tried, on numerous occasions, to get hold of someone at CCD Couriers to track this and rectify. The last consultant I have spoken with is Lee. She also promised to get back to me, but never has.<br> <br> I need to get this parcel urgently now. I am not sure how it could just be delivered to another person at another address. And so far I have received absolutely no feedback at all. <br> <br> Can someone please let me know what is happening here? Original CCD notification was received on 24 Nov 2014 already....<br> <br>
