If you looking to have a parcel delivered or picked up never use this company, I repeat avoid using CCD even when you desperate DONT DO IT. The worst customer service ever experienced and most *********** staff. They had to pick up a parcel after they had forced me to agree on a date even when i clearly stated that I'm not available on the suggested dates. I made an arrangement for someone to be available on the day. Their driver picked up the parcel but also took something which is not on the parcel list.... They STOLE someone's property and told me its not their problem. Emails and numerous calls were made in which i was promised feedback and to this day no one has bothered to do so............****en useless
