*********** Staff Agent and Team Leader

Its taking 2 days for them to fix a problen with Mweb. To deliver my goods. After I have taken liberty to do the job of an agent and the team leader Joana and Thabiso respectively. They never return calls as they say they will and seems as of its a ploy to get an irate customer off the phone without completing task. They have made everything my issue when they should be ensuring my issues are sorted. I still have not received my goods and still have not heard back from CCD and have to call them all the time for feedback and no change in status of delivery. This is the worse service experience i have ever experienced and will not recommend CCD couriers to any company as a partner.
