*********** service delivery for Rain Router from CCD Couriers

CCD call centre called on the 15th to arrange delivery on the 16th. They gave me 2 choices and I choose to have the Rain Router delivered between 5pm and 7pm, needles to say no delivery. I followed up with them on the 17th spoke to 4 agents and then got a delivery date for the same day between 2pm and 5pm. You are not allowed to have somebody else collecting the package you have to give proof of address and ID. After waiting yesterday and today still no delivery. Pathetic service and communication from CCD couriers.
