*********** service delivery

So my parcel was supposed to be delivered on 1 February as per Rain. I left work early to receive the parcel then they called ti tell me they can't deliver it they'll deliver it on Wednesday between 2 to 4. On Wednesday 16 February I get a call from the security at my gate at 13h20 that the driver is at the gate. Firstly no one called to atleast notify me that they're on the way so that I can leave work. Then Zanele assured me that they'll deliver on Thursday 17 February and I let them know that I'll available the whole day. On the 17th in the morning they call to tell me delivery will be on Friday 18th now I'm angry because I could've gone to work and I made reservations just so that I'm available the whole day. I've decided to fetch it myself. This is not on.
