I am so overwhelmed that I don't even have the energy to type. My parcel finally arrived after 2 weeks from Intellicell but I could not receive it as the loan reference number that has to be loaded on their speeed point machine had expired. I asked the courier guy to call their offices and find out what is the problem but without any luck. I then contacted them after a minute the guy left with my package and they said they have called Intelicell and got a new loan reference number. I requested for them to call back the driver so that he can deliver my parcel as he was still nearby and they said sorry they cannot do that they can only deliver my parcel on Thursday. I then told the lady that I will be on leave and that they wont find me at that delivery address that I provided, so now I have to cancel my leave and wait for a parcel that already took 2 weeks and 2 days to be delivered? I just wish the driver could have been more patient and waited until he got that number, it did not even take more that 20min maximum.
