<p>On monday the 20th of February i received an SMS from CCD couriers stating that they have my FNB card and that they will deliver it on thursday the 23rd between 12h00 and 16h00. On Thursday at 15h55 i received a call from the driver stating that they are running late and will only be able to deliver after 16h30. I mentioned that i don't stay around Tembisa and i knock off at 15h30. he stated that he will arrange for a delivery on friday the 24th of latest Monday. Tuesday (22 February) i called the call centre and a very rude lady who put me on hold while chatting to her colleagues told me that they are not allowed to call the drivers and that she will let me know. Thursday morning (23 february) i received an sms that the card would be delivered. Around 14hoo i received a call that there was a system error and my card was not loaded on the day's delivery. What do you call this? 2 weeks?</p>

I really don't understand why FNB still insist on using this company. This is not the 1st time this happens to me. 2 years ago i went through the same. After writing a report on hello peter on friday a consultant called me and said the card will be delivered today between 8 & 12. This morning i got an sms confirming the same. It is now 14h15 and nothing is happening. I am really frustrated with this *********** company. The only thing they are good at is making one empty promise after the next.
