CCD Couriers is terrible! I cannot understand why FNB still makes use of them for card deliveries. This is the forth time I am struggling to get my card from them. This time the delivery is taking more than two weeks! Every time they schedule a date and time, then does not show on that date and time - arrive on a different date and time, leaves if I am not available, without phoning to ask where they can deliver it instead. They have no reliability and no customer service!! I will rather pay to collect my card at the branch than deal with these *********** people ever again. - FNB they are giving you a bad name.
