*********** and unreliable company

CCD Couriers go as far as to make an appointment and even send me an invitation to schedule in my Calendar - yet the courier never arrives. Three days later, a few unanswered emails and multiple phone calls later, I am still waiting for my parcel to be delivered! How any company still uses CCD Couriers is beyond me... surely their poor track record indicates that this is an *********** and unreliable company - stay away at all costs. Do not even think of sending an email to <***> or to <***>. These emails get delivered and read, as I receive delivery and read receipts; however, no one ever bothers to respond!
