<p>CCD Couriers: This must be the worst company I have EVER had dealings with. The courier finally arrived on Friday, after a week of phone calls, with only a Petrocard (two credit cards are still missing). To top it all, the envelope was handed through the gate, I was not asked to identify myself, I was not asked for proof of identification, and the card delivered was not mine). I'm now waiting for my business card - the actual courier has called me - he's got completely the wrong address and suburb. I called the CCD office - had to spell my street name and suburb to Porche ten+ times. I called back to check that Porche had captured the correct address - nope. </p> <p>I'm not sure if my business cards are ever going to arrive. </p> <p>I've had to cancel all my credit cards as two are missing, or in the courier's pocket - I have absolutely no confidence in this *********** and dishonest company.</p> <p>FNB: Why oh why? Why are you handing our valuable bank cards to this lot? Don't you read the reviews? Is this how you treat your clients?</p>

What utter nonsense! I was called by yourselves - and delivery was promised for after 5pm - today!
It is now 6.34pm (no cards yet) and I have just received a phone call from Erica at your Bloemfontein branch asking for my address - and she said my cards should be delivered on Thursday.
Someone’s lying. Or you’re all ****** useless.
I have now given my address to more people in your company than I've had dates. Can someone not update the system or write it down?
This would be a joke - but I'm not amused. I'm appalled that my bank, whom I pay a lot of money to, makes use of the services of this pathetic excuse for a courier. Can I really trust FNB with my money if you make such poor business decisions?

I just received a call from the same person who contacted me earlier today - the same one who promised delivery for approx 5pm. She asked if I'm still available for delivery and that they would send someone (from Cape Town!) out now. Ridiculous. It's obvious that they had no intention of honouring the earlier promise of delivery. Let's see if they pitch by midnight.
