Incompetence galore...

I recently had a frustrating experience with CCD Couriers while waiting for the delivery of my bank card. Unfortunately, the service I received was extremely poor and it surprises me that they still have contracts with banks for delivery. After booking the delivery through the link provided, I was informed on the day of delivery that my card had not been sent from Johannesburg to PE. Although we rescheduled for the following week, I was disappointed to receive news that the delivery would be late due to a broken-down vehicle. Despite waiting for the delivery for two consecutive days, I was unsuccessful in receiving my card. After speaking to Kacy for fifteen minutes, I learned that my card was returned to PE and would be delivered on a different day. I hope that my third attempt at delivery will be successful, as I have already wasted two days waiting for a delivery that never arrived. Overall, my experience with CCD Couriers was unsatisfactory and I do not recommend them to anyone.
