Incompetence employees

This company is a disgrace considering how many South Africans are unemployed who are looking for employment and can do a much better job...my delivery was scheduled between 14:00 to 16:00 and made the driver aware that I am only going to be at specified address at the latest 15:30 but he insisted that he will be there at 14:00. Someone called me at 14:12 allegedly that was his supervisor informing me that the driver was outside to deliver & I told him I stated to him that will only be home at 15:30 & he bluntly to me that I will have to make arrangements for my parcel to be delivered because its not their fault that I am not home at 14:00 as their driver needs to knock off....This is soo unacceptable!!!!
