Incompetence at its Worst!

Call centre staff keep on failing in following key instructions which lead to anxiety of recipient and serious in- convenience! After several calls, on the day of expected delivery, to specify un- available times by myself, the driver still pitches up when I was not at the delivery address. Incompetence at its worst!
