Incompetence at its worst
My FNB card expired in November and these idiots have yet to deliver the damn thing. They claim they tried calling me by sending me an email and then expect me to call them for a service they are paid for. ***********, arrogant and the worst service I have ever experienced. How these useless things still have a contract with FNB Boggles the mind. Judging by the reviews on here it is really upsetting that FNB isn't dropping these sorry excuse of a courier service when there are so many decent companies to go with.
Don't bother responding, you are a failure of note. All you have to do is just deliver the damn card and I hope I never have to deal with you ever again.
