****** in courier service

Ccd couriers appears to be a useless , dysfunctional courier company , that has issues in there call centre and distribution centres.

I ordered a Rain Router , and my wife was sent a message on Monday 25th September 2023 that CCD couriers would make contact shortly to deliver a parcel from Rain .

I am still waiting ! They also say enter details on an online application for delivery, it's doesn't work.

When contacting the CCD centre today the 29th September, conviently the 1st call centre operator can't be heard when I make a complaint. And phoning back they say we will only get the parcel on 3rd October, .

8 days for a delivery that is meant to take between 3-5 days, and the parcel still has not left Johannesburg for kzn as yet.
