I’m not sure why Rain uses them as their courier but I don’t think they doing a good job

I’m not sure why Rain uses them as their courier but I don’t think they doing a good job.i have never dealt with a courier that doesn’t communicate with their clients,they are by far the worst company I’ve had to deal with as far as couriers are concerned.words can’t begin to express how angry and disappointed I am😤😠😡🤬🤯
