Im fed up with these calls

I just fed up with repeating the same thing fir 5days in a row. I had 2 rain routers of which was collected by a guy nemd Lungisa. I was only informed afterwards that he was duppose to collect only 1 router. Long story short, he promise to sort it out by informing CCD that he took both. Now I receive daily calls about collection of router that was collected by CCD. PLEAse sort this out
