Oh no - I cannot imagine how a bank like FNB or MTN chooses to use this company for their deliveries. They do not seem to know anything about keeping records or such like. Wrong name Wrong address Wrong info Time and time again. If big businesses don't stop using CCD their reputations are going to be seriously polluted by the terrible service this courier company gives.
