I wonder how Rain contracted an ***********, consistently disappointing and inconsiderate service provider, how do you not even account nor acknowledge your own mistakes and inconvenience caused. You call to schedule a delivery and fail to honor the agreed time frame instead of apologizing you tell me about rescheduling, costing me money and wasting my time, your communication stinks and your customer service attitude is a shame.
