I wonder why other companies still do business with this ccd couriers cause they don't even care for customers or respect their time.

It's my first time experiencing such service, this guys promised to deliver last week friday, we waited for them from morning till 12pm as per them,then they send sms to say they will call soonest and that soonest was Monday to tell us they will only be able to deliver on Friday with that I DONT CARE ATTITUDE.
